PowerPack(PPK)是汽车底盘中的关键执行器，产品涉及范围包括先/后转向、全主动悬架、空气供给单元等。PPK机械集成开发工程师负责从新产品的概念到样品最后到批产前三个月的整个开发过程。开发工作包括总成设计、子零件设计、装配工艺定义，一方面需要与底盘工程师和系统集成工程师沟通完善需求，另一方面需要与工厂和子零件供应商沟通完成产品。并在开发过程中解决生产、试验中的问题。工作中运用质量工具（FMEA、DRBFM、8D、5why、鱼骨图）来处理开发问题。本岗位侧重定转子结构开发。 Core Responsibilities主要职责: - 负责PPK产品中定子和转子结构设计和优化，特别是针对NVH的定转子设计优化。 - 负责PPK产品中定子组件的设计和制造工艺开发认可，包括定子冲片/叠片工艺、定子灌封、热套等。 - 负责PPK产品中转子组件的设计和制造工艺开发认可，包括转子冲片/拼接工艺、磁钢及固定、斜极设计、转轴压装等。 - 负责PPK产品中定子和转子RFQ需求分解，跟踪供应商的开发进度、问题处理，零件认可。 - 负责PPK产品中定子和转子DV制定和失效问题的关闭。
