Descripción del empleo

• Identify productivity losses and improvement opportunities on the shop floor.
• Conduct time studies, cycle-time measurements, and process performance analysis.
• Support Lean Manufacturing activities, including 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, and standard work.
• Execute and track PPI initiatives, action plans, and implementation timelines.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data, including productivity, OEE, scrap, and downtime.
• Document improvement results and support savings validation with process owners and Finance.
• Maintain performance reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
• Verify that implemented improvements are sustained and comply with safety and quality requirements.

Requisitos

• Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Automation, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome; previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
