We are looking for a PPC Specialist to take the reins of our digital advertising efforts. You won’t just be "running ads" - you’ll be diving deep into data, optimizing algorithms, and scaling our presence across global markets.

We will entrust you with

• Planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, Amazon, deciding where to scale and where to pivot based on hard data
• Managing the technical side of data flow, including tracking, retargeting setups, and ensuring algorithms work with precise and complete data
• Constant monitoring of CPC, conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend to ensure every cent is working toward our growth
• Preparing compelling ad copy and managing target audiences and keywords to ensure maximum relevance
• Analyzing regional markets and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities

You are a perfect candidate if you have

• Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and PMax)
• A deep understanding of tracking mechanisms and how to improve algorithmic performance through data accuracy
• You can analyze complex datasets but also have the skill to write effective, high-level ad texts
• Ability to analyze international markets and understand what needs to be adapted for different countries
• Ability to freely communicate in English and collaborate effectively with a team

Not a must but nice to have

• Experience with Meta Ads, Bing, or Amazon advertising
• Skills in using AI tools for data analysis and idea generation
• Experience with eCommerce best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
