The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven PPC Account Manager to join a specialist team where performance, innovation and collaboration are at the core.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing paid media strategies, working closely with clients to deliver campaigns that genuinely impact their business growth. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-led environment where your ideas and insights make a difference, this role offers plenty of scope to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement results-driven PPC strategies aligned to client objectives

  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  • Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns for continuous improvement

  • Communicate strategy and results to clients in a clear and engaging way

  • Identify new opportunities for growth across both new and existing accounts

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across paid and organic channels

  • Support and mentor junior team members

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong copywriting skills with great attention to detail

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills

Desirable:

  • Agency experience

  • Experience across Paid Social platforms

  • Understanding of wider digital channels (SEO, email, social)

  • Google Ads certification
