• End-to-end development of cooling systems (concept to SOP), including components such as pumps, valves, and plastic piping

• Definition and management of Statements of Requirements (SOR), DVPs, and DFMEA for thermal systems

• Development of vehicle thermal management strategies, including arbitration between battery cooling, engine cooling, and cabin comfort

• Detailed packaging of cooling components (fans, tanks, brackets) within vehicle constraints

• Creation of 2D drawings with GD&T and management of CAD data in PLM systems

• Coordination with suppliers and validation of design maturity through development phases

• Support of design reviews and technical validation activities (DMU, simulations, testing)

• Identification and resolution of packaging and thermal performance issues

Qualifications

• Experience in thermal management and cooling systems within automotive or similar industries

• Strong knowledge of cooling components (pumps, heat exchangers, valves, piping systems)

• Experience with NX and Teamcenter (CAD design, PLM data management)

• Understanding of DVP, DFMEA, and system validation processes

• Knowledge of thermal simulation tools is a plus

• Experience in vehicle packaging and cross-functional integration

• Ability to work with suppliers and manage technical interfaces

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Experience with ASPICE and automotive development processes is considered an advantage
