• Integration of intake and exhaust systems within the vehicle architecture, ensuring compatibility with engine, chassis, and body systems

• Development of packaging solutions considering thermal constraints, space limitations, and system performance

• Definition and management of system interfaces between powertrain components and surrounding systems

• Creation and analysis of DMU (Digital Mock-Up) models for interference checks and design validation

• Coordination with cross-functional teams (engine, chassis, body) to ensure proper system integration

• Support design reviews and validation activities throughout development phases

• Identification and resolution of integration and packaging issues

• Management of CAD data and engineering changes within PLM systems

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive system integration (intake, exhaust, or similar systems)

• Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and packaging constraints

• Experience with NX and Teamcenter (CAD design and PLM data management)

• Knowledge of thermal constraints and system interactions is a plus

• Experience with DMU analysis and interference management

• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple engineering teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Fluent English (mandatory)
