Overview
The PowerScribe One Solution Specialist is a customer-facing diagnostic solutions expert who partners with Account Executives to advance complex radiology opportunities through product expertise, strategic customer engagement, and compelling solution demonstrations. The specialist leads demonstrations and solution discussions across PowerScribe One, Dragon Copilot for Radiology, mPower, and the Precision Imaging Network (PIN), while helping sales teams answer field product questions, support RFP responses, and build trusted customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead workflow-based virtual and in-person demonstrations of PowerScribe One, Dragon Copilot for Radiology, mPower, and the Precision Imaging Network (PIN)
- Tailor demonstrations and presentations to the clinical, operational, technical, and business priorities of each customer audience
- Serve as a subject matter expert for radiology reporting, diagnostic imaging workflows, healthcare AI capabilities, and the PowerScribe portfolio
- Partner with Account Executives on opportunity strategy, product positioning, discovery, customer preparation, and follow-up
- Participate in strategic customer conversations, answer product and workflow questions, and translate customer requirements into relevant solution experiences
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key customers, prospects, and partner organizations throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Digital Specialists, Account Executives, leadership, product teams, and other internal stakeholders on opportunity execution
- Provide product and solution content for Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), questionnaires, presentations, and other formal sales responses
- Maintain readiness across product capabilities, releases, demonstration environments, customer use cases, and competitive positioning
- Capture and communicate field feedback, customer requirements, recurring product issues, and competitive insights to appropriate internal stakeholders
- Represent Diagnostic Solutions at customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and internal business activities
- Travel approximately 25% of the time based on customer and business needs

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience
- Experience supporting or selling enterprise healthcare technology solutions, ideally within radiology, diagnostic imaging, clinical workflow, healthcare AI, or related hospital/health-system environments
- Experience presenting and demonstrating software solutions in virtual and in-person settings, including customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences, or industry events
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities and clinical workflows into clear customer-focused business and operational value
- Experience building relationships and communicating with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders, including radiologists, radiology administrators, informatics leaders, and IT teams
- Experience supporting complex enterprise healthcare sales cycles in a consultative sales environment, including partnering with Account Executives and Solution Engineers and responding to Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and technical/product questionnaires
- Familiarity with radiology and healthcare technology ecosystems, including solutions such as PowerScribe, Dragon Copilot for Radiology, mPower, Precision Imaging Network, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information System (RIS), or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms, plus the ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a dynamic environment with approximately 25% travel
Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
