Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain overhead and underground electrical power lines and systems

- Climb utility poles and work at heights using appropriate safety equipment

- Respond to power outages and emergency situations promptly and efficiently

- Inspect lines and equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure safe and effective project completion

- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Powerline Lineman or similar role in electrical utility maintenance

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety procedures, and technical tools

- Excellent physical fitness, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
