We are recruiting a Power/HVAC Mechanic to join the nation’s leading equipment rental organization as a field service technician. Based out of Round Rock, TX, this role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with experience across diesel-powered equipment and HVAC systems in field service environments. Must thrive in customer-facing environments and be comfortable supporting long-term customer sites. Higher-level technicians with broad rental equipment backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Position Offers
Up to $45/hr depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on diesel engines, HVAC systems, dehumidification equipment, and air quality systems
Support customer sites by maintaining equipment reliability, completing inspections, and documenting equipment condition before and after usage
Demonstrate equipment operation for customers while assisting with loading, unloading, setup, and general field service support
Maintain professional communication and strong customer service in field environments
Requirements
5+ years of experience working on diesel-powered equipment, HVAC systems, or rental equipment
Strong, well-rounded technical background across both power generation and HVAC equipment preferred
Prior field service experience supporting customer sites or rental operations
Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with tools and service procedures applicable to the role
