This position is for Stadler Digital Labs, a joint venture between Stadler Rail and Critical Software serving as the digital competence centre for the Stadler Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve existing low-code platforms to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with evolving business and technical requirements. Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support platform scalability and reliability

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable business applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Ensure solutions follow best practices in usability, security, and maintainability

• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including solution designs, workflows, architecture decisions, and user guidelines. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and support internal teams with technical insights and best practices

• Support platform migrations, integrations, and adaptation of solutions to meet diverse client and project needs

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery

Which brings us to you, the person with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• 1 year of proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Experience with Mendix is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt to this environment is required.

• Stay up to date with emerging low-code technologies, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, and platform capabilities.

• Proficient in English (required), both written and spoken, as it is the primary language for technical documentation and international collaboration

• Awareness of current AI trends, including agentic AI, with curiosity and motivation to explore opportunities for improving products, processes, and ways of working

• Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, adapt, and continuously develop skills in an AI-enabled environment
