As a Senior Consultant on GE Vernova’s Digital Energy Team, you’ll be the technical expert customers rely on to guide critical software implementations, upgrades, and integrations across the power and utility sector. Your work directly supports grid reliability ad the energy transition that defines GE Vernova’s mission.

You will serve as the primary technical expert for GE Vernova's digital energy software portfolio, owning the full lifecycle of customer engagements from requirements definition through deployment. You'll work closely with customers - not just to understand their needs, but to actively shape solutions that deliver measurable outcome

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements, develop proposals, and set clear expectations for software implementations, upgrades, and integration projects – with a focus on SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and power application platforms
• Own all technical deliverables across the full projects lifecycle, influencing decisions on design, functionality, budget adherence and timeline
• Partner with Project Managers and Services Consultants to identify and scope application changes within structured change management processes.
• Coordinate across Product Development, Commercial, and Solutions Parterns team to ensure best-in-class use of GE Vernova’s digital products and services.
• Mentor project team members by sharing your subject matter expertise, fostering capability growth across the organization.

Required

• A formal education and subsequent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Power Systems Engineering or related field is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements – including equivalent experience in full cycle software development (design, build, test/deploy, and implementation).
• Significant experience in utility software services or enterprise software implementation.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• You will serve as the primary technical expert for GE Vernova’s digital energy software portfolio, owning the full lifecycle of customer engagements from requirements definition through deployment. You’ll work closely with customers – not just to understand their needs, but to actively shape solutions that deliver measurable outcomes

Preferred

• Experience with software analysis, design, quality assurance, architecture, and Agile development methodologies
