Shape the future of clean energy in northeastern Minnesota at an industry leader with a diverse mix of customers. Given increasing demand for electricity in the region, meeting sustainability targets, plus major transformation of the system in process, Minnesota Power is adding new renewables and emerging technologies such as energy storage to our growing project portfolio, now is the time to join our team!

  • Demonstrate strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, while upholding honesty, integrity, and respectful collaboration. Be visible and accessible to users of the power supply agreements, including management.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business administration, accounting, economics, finance, engineering or equivalent AND eight years of related experience required. Experience in power supply contracting preferred.
