About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Specialist to support a major Microsoft 365 transformation program within the public sector in Belgium. The successful candidate will join a growing management team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and expanding cloud-based collaboration and business process solutions.

You will play a key role in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, Power Platform solutions, and Dynamics 365 environments while contributing to the modernization and digital transformation of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management & Support

• 
  Perform operational activities related to landing zones including:
  • 
    Configuration
  • 
    Security
  • 
    DevOps
  • 
    Environment management
• 
  Support the transition and handover of cloud environments from implementation partners.
• 
  Provide operational support and monitoring for Microsoft 365 services and related platforms.

Power Platform Development & Coaching

• 
  Develop, maintain, and optimize solutions using:
  • 
    Power Apps
  • 
    Power Automate
  • 
    Dataverse
  • 
    Microsoft Power Platform
• 
  Coach and advise teams on Power Platform development best practices.
• 
  Support low-code/no-code solution delivery and automation initiatives.
• 
  Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and optimization activities.

Technical Advisory & Collaboration

• 
  Provide technical guidance and expertise on:
  • 
    SharePoint Online
  • 
    Microsoft Power Platform
  • 
    Office 365
  • 
    Dynamics 365
  • 
    Azure DevOps
• 
  Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve operational efficiency and digital workflows.
• 
  Support release management and deployment activities.

Documentation & Governance

• 
  Create and maintain:
  • 
    Technical documentation
  • 
    Procedures
  • 
    Manuals
  • 
    User support documentation
• 
  Contribute to Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 
  3+ years of experience with Office 365 technologies.
• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience developing on Microsoft Power Platform including:
  • 
    Power Apps
  • 
    Power Automate
  • 
    Dataverse
• 
  Fluent Dutch communication skills at CEFR Level C2.

Nice-to-Have

• 
  Experience implementing and supporting Office 365 environments.
• 
  Experience providing operational support and user support.
• 
  Strong programming, coding, testing, and debugging experience.
• 
  Experience with Dynamics 365 development.
• 
  Experience with release management.
• 
  Experience with SharePoint Online.

  Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
