Who Are We?

Volkswagen Group Services is a Volkswagen Group company oriented towards working for Group companies worldwide.

We provide services in the areas of production, logistics, data engineering (IT), engineering, consulting, quality, business services, human resources, communication, and administrative and financial services. We are focused on our clients’ activities and take responsibility for carrying them out on their behalf.

We are currently hiring a Power Platform Solutions Architect Consultant to join our IT Consulting team for our new projects in  Valencia or Lisbon

You can expect a variety of challenges in a modern technology environment where, together with our customers, we shape the digital transformation of the automotive industry.

Our team is already represented across several locations and continues to grow — nationally and internationally. Individual development opportunities, new‑work concepts, and the option for mobile work (approx. 60%) are firmly embedded in our corporate culture.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a future expert for the Microsoft Power Platform, you will be responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of complex business applications for data driven and automated processes within the Group.

  • Functional and technical consulting partner for business units: analysis of requirements, translation into robust technical concepts, and consulting on architecture and technology decisions.

  • Planning and implementation of advanced integration scenarios using standard connectors, APIs, Azure services, or custom solutions.
  • Technical supervision and coaching of development teams: sparring partner for complex questions, support with technical roadblocks, and ensuring high engineering standards.
  • Knowledge carrier for specialized topics such as automated testing, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), long term data storage, API strategies, performance optimization, and solution governance.
  • Conducting architecture reviews, developing design guidelines, and ensuring solution health throughout the lifecycle.
  • Design and management of technical quality assurance, including test strategies, technical reviews, and performance optimizations.
  • Continuous monitoring of Power Platform developments and deriving strategic recommendations for internal teams and customers.
  • Assume project leadership, including coordination of cross functional teams, steering project activities, and ensuring transparent communication around progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by acting as the central technical point of contact, managing expectations proactively, and identifying additional opportunities for long term collaboration.
