We are looking for a Power Platform / RPA Automation Consultant who wants to be part of Tieto Tech Consulting. When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Power Platform / RPA Automation Consultant

• You join a skilled team of automation, cloud, and digital transformation professionals where you learn new things with your colleagues.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop.
• Build end-to-end automation workflows including approvals, exception handling, monitoring, and support processes.
• Develop and deploy RPA automations for web, desktop, and legacy applications.
• Integrate cloud flows with desktop flows and manage runtime environments.
• Implement API integrations using REST/SOAP services, OAuth authentication, API keys, and JSON payloads.
• Leverage AI Builder for intelligent document processing and automation use cases.
• Explore and implement conversational-to-action automations using Copilot Studio and AI Agents.
• Manage solution deployment across Dev, Test, and Production environments using Power Platform ALM best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including PDD, SDD, test plans, deployment guides, and handover documents.
• Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, and automation governance initiatives.

Who we are looking for

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform and RPA automation.
• Strong experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows including approvals, exception handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) for web, desktop, and legacy systems automation.
• Experience deploying automation solutions across Dev, Test, and Production environments using solutions and ALM practices.
• Experience integrating cloud flows with desktop flows and managing runtime environments.
• Strong experience with API integrations including REST, SOAP, OAuth, API keys, and JSON handling.
• Hands-on experience with AI Builder and intelligent document automation use cases.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio and AI Agents for conversational automation solutions.
• Good understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and solution architecture.
• Experience creating technical and functional documentation including PDD, SDD, testing, deployment, and support documentation.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery ownership skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Dataverse.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working in enterprise automation and digital transformation programs.
