Title: Power Platform Intern
Reports to: Project Manager
Internship duration: 6 months to 1 year, starting July 2026
Context / background
Our IT department is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency through the innovative use of technology. We're embarking on a project to leverage Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, to develop applications, flows, and virtual agents that streamline business processes and improve user experience (especially boutique staffs and office business teams members)
of position and missions
The Power Platform intern will collaborate with local and global IT teams to support initiatives involving Power Platform. This role involves:
· Investigating potential solutions for raised needs.
· Developing prototypes to demonstrate solutions.
· Assisting in creating technical documents and gathering necessary documentation before and after launch.
· Exploring new use cases and conducting research on best practices and emerging innovative ways to utilize the Power Platform ecosystem, as well as AI.
The intern's mission is to support the IT Project manager in both program management and more technical actions related to the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise or a keen interest in utilizing Power Platform technologies.
A strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, including familiarity with Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently while effectively following guidance.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to solve problems and facilitate discussions.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English required; proficiency in Japanese is advantageous but not essential.
Good organizational abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Eagerness to engage in project development and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Enrollment as a University or Graduate school student.
Possession of an Internship Visa (Designated Activities Visa) - Your university or graduate school must confirm that the internship is a required part of your academic program and ensure that it qualifies for accreditation.
