The Power Platform Engineer designs and implements enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform integrated with Dynamics 365 and digital banking systems. The role focuses on building scalable applications, workflow automation, system integrations, data modelling, and supporting operational workflows across mobile and web channels.

Technical / Role Specific Skills – Power Platform Engineer (E1)

Top 3 Primary Skills:

• Power Platform Development – Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse

• Dynamics 365 & Enterprise Integration – building integrations with APIs and enterprise systems

• Banking Domain Integration – experience integrating digital platforms with core banking systems such as Temenos Transact

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using Power Apps integrated with Dynamics 365

• Implement workflow automation using Power Automate

• Create and manage data models, business rules, and validation logic in Dataverse

• Extend/customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools

• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus

• Support integration flows across mobile apps, web platforms, orchestration layers, and core banking systems

• Implement role-based access control and secure data handling

• Ensure authentication and authorisation using Azure AD/OAuth

• Support enterprise governance standards

Power Apps Development:

• Build model-driven and canvas apps integrated with backend systems

• Develop internal operational workflows and customer-facing processes

Workflow Automation:

• Implement automation for onboarding, deposit processing, case management, notifications, and approvals

Dataverse Development:

• Create and manage entities, relationships, and business logic

• Maintain secure and compliant data structures

Enterprise Integration:

• Integrate applications via REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and custom connectors

• Connect digital platforms with Dynamics 365 and Temenos Transact

Custom Development:

• Write C#/.NET plug-ins and JavaScript for advanced customisations (as required)
