8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (AEDT) | 6:30 AM-3:30 PM (PH Time)

What You’ll Do
We are seeking experienced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Developers to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across Microsoft’s business applications stack. This role includes working with modern AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance user experience, automation, and productivity. You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle—from solution design through to build, deployment, and optimisation—on government and enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development

  • Design and develop solutions using:

  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

  • Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)

  • Dataverse

  • Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)

  • Extend Dynamics 365 using plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Build intelligent applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder

  • Develop integrations with external systems using APIs and Azure services

AI & Copilot Enablement

  • Design and implement Copilot-driven experiences within Power Platform and Dynamics 365

  • Build and configure Copilot Studio agents (formerly Power Virtual Agents)

  • Integrate Copilot with enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, external APIs)

  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into workflows (automation, summarisation, recommendations)

  • Ensure responsible AI practices, including data security and governance

Technical Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

  • Contribute to architecture and design decisions, including AI-enabled patterns

  • Ensure adherence to best practices across security, performance, and maintainability

  • Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering standards

Integration & Data

  • Design and implement integrations across Microsoft and third-party platforms

  • Work with Dataverse data models, security roles, and governance frameworks

  • Support data migration, transformation, and AI data readiness

Collaboration

  • Work with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders

  • Participate in agile delivery practices

  • Provide input into estimations, including AI/Copilot components

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap, especially Copilot and AI capabilities

  • Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and internal IP

  • Help uplift team capability in Power Platform and AI


Requirements


What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Mid-Level (3–5+ years)

  • PL-400 certification (REQUIRED)

  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365

  • Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions

  • Exposure to Copilot, AI Builder, or chatbot/agent technologies

  • Understanding of Dataverse and data modelling

Technical Skills

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

  • Dynamics 365 CE

  • Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio

  • AI Builder / conversational AI / automation patterns

  • .NET / C#

  • JavaScript / TypeScript

  • Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)

  • REST APIs and integration design

  • DevOps / ALM for Power Platform

Desirable Skills

  • Experience implementing enterprise AI governance and security models

  • Experience in government or regulated environments

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services

  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations exposure (optional)

  • Certifications:

  • PL-200

  • AI-900 / AI-102 (desirable)

  • MB-210 or equivalent
