The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
Application Development Independently design, architect,andfullybuild customsolutionsusingtheMicrosoft Power Platformsuite of tools, includingPowerFX,Canvasappswith SharePoint lists.Ensure applications are intuitive,scalable,maintainable,and meetstakeholder needsIntegrate securely with enterprise data sources Utilize CSSand HTMLtoimprove layout, contentpresentationandenhance user interfaces.
Workflows and AutomationDesign, test, andmaintainsophisticatedPower Automate workflowsforstand-alone solutions or in conjunction with Power App solutions to automate business critical processes. Familiarity with standard vs premium connectors, loops and complex workflow logic,and failureerror handling.
Data Visualization: Develop andmaintaindynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven insights. Utilize advanced report design, DAX, and Power Query to create meaningful visualizations.
AI Integration: Integrateor developAI capabilitiessuch as AI Hub, CoPilot Studio, AI Models, or AI Agentsinto business processes for automation and efficiency. Leverage AI models and tools to enhanceworkflows andsolution capabilities, collaborating with CACI’s AI product team
Solution Architecture Work closely with stakeholders and teammates toown the solutiondevelopment process. This includeselicitand documentrequirements, design dataarchitecture andflows, develop, test, and deliverindividualsolutions, keeping the larger enterprise architecture in mindThis includes creating SharePoint sites, lists, and permissions as part of the solution.Ensurefullsolutions are user-friendly and align with business goals.
EnterpriseTechnicalArchitectureWork with the development teams tosupportend-to-endenterprisearchitecture for Power Platform solutions, including application design patterns, data architecture, security models, API strategy, and enterprise integration approaches
Process Analysis: Analyze business processes,utilizegenerative AI, and develop tools, reports, or other solutions to meet the business needs. Translate complex business requirements into solutions.Serve as technical advisor to stakeholders; translatehigh‑complexitybusiness needs intomulti‑componentarchitectures and implementation roadmaps
Governance,Standards& Best Practices Adhere to team standards and governance principles, including styles, documentation, and configuration management.Provide enhancement ideas to the team’sPower Platform governance models, including environment strategy, ALM/DevOps pipelines, baselines, andother team operations.Ensure all development is well-documented and follows best practices.Partner withand mentorotherdevelopers on architecture, coding practices, automation logic, and solution design
Operational Support: Provide operational support for deployed solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements required post-deployment.Analyze complex issues, performing root cause analysis and recommend remediation for long-term platform and solution health.
Training and Documentation: Maintaincomprehensive documentation. Support training efforts tofacilitateuser adoption across teams and to ensure users are well-versed inutilizingnew solutions
Continuous Learning: Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, AI tools, and industry best practices. Be willing to learnnew technologiesand incorporate them into solutions as needed.

Required:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
5+yearsproven experience withdesigning,architecting, and developingenterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI,PowerFX, and SharePoint) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Proven experience owning solution architecture—data modeling, integration strategy, application patterns, and security design
Experience with dataanalysis, DAXoptimization, Power Query, and advancedPowerBImodeling,designand development
UI/UX Graphic design experiencefor custom applications
Experience with connecting to varied data sources
Experience with CoPilotStudioand AI integration withPowerPlatformSolutions
Proven ability toquicklytranslate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions
Ability to lead technical reviews,establishengineering standards, and mentor teams
Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, analysis, collaboration, and stakeholder-facingskills
Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI models,Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or machine learning tools (e.g., AI Builder)and principles with application in business solutions

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$113,200 - $237,800
