
We are seeking a technically strong, project-driven Automation & Solutions Engineer with a primary focus on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint-based solutions. This role is centered on designing, building, and supporting workflow and engagement tracking environments using SharePoint as a core platform, enhanced by Power Automate and Power Apps.
The position is hands-on and delivery-oriented, requiring ownership of end-to-end solutions—from requirements through deployment and ongoing support. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with the ability to structure scalable, maintainable workflow systems that improve operational efficiency across engagement teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Design and build SharePoint-based engagement tracking and workflow management environments
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and process automation
Develop Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven) to support interaction with SharePoint systems
Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with internal and external systems via APIs
Develop scripts and tools using SQL and/or Python where appropriate
Support secure authentication and connectivity (OAuth, service principals, etc.)
Manage solution packaging, versioning, and release processes within Power Platform
Refactor and optimize existing workflows and applications for performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and support production issues in SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
Support integration of AI and LLM capabilities into workflows where applicable
Assist in connecting Azure-based services such as Functions or OpenAI into solutions
Skills:
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and governance
Experience designing workflow or engagement tracking systems
Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Storage)
Proficiency in Python or similar scripting language
Exposure to AI/LLM integrations
Experience in consulting or project-driven environments
Understanding of CI/CD and deployment practices within Power Platform
Essential traits:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems
1–3 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with SharePoint (lists, libraries, permissions, structure design)
Experience building workflows in Power Automate
Experience developing Power Apps
Strong SQL skills
Experience working with APIs and integrations
Ability to independently solve technical problems
Strong documentation and communication skills
