Program Overview

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Task 2 — Enterprise Applications Support — delivers engineering, operations, and sustainment of enterprise software applications and IT capabilities supporting more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 ARNG sites nationwide. This task area ensures mission-critical applications remain current, secure, and aligned with evolving ARNG requirements by integrating innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement practices into application lifecycle management.

ECS is seeking a Power Platform Developer - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by designing and developing innovative Power Platform applications and workflows. This role is critical in advancing business process automation and ensuring seamless data integration across the enterprise. The selected candidate will implement secure access controls and integrate with enterprise data sources, adhering to established governance standards. The position is pivotal in enhancing the operational efficiency of the ARNG ENOCS program through cutting-edge technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Power Platform applications to automate business processes.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate workflows for streamlined data integration.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise data sources, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Implement secure access controls and role-based access control (RBAC) within Power Platform environments.
  • Lead the migration of enterprise applications from Oracle/Java to Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Develop Canvas Apps and Dataverse solutions to enhance user experience and data management.
  • Specialize in Azure integrations to support scalable and secure application development.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD governance across Development, QA, and Production environments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Basic proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CND
  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
  • CompTIA Security+ and CyberSec First Responder (CFR) certifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Power Platform development and SharePoint administration
  • Experience leading enterprise migrations to Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proficiency in developing Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows
  • Expertise in implementing DoD-compliant governance standards
