As a Power Platform Developer, you will develop, configure, and support analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, with a primary focus on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot Studio. Your goal will be to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions that support business objectives while enabling the successful adoption of analytics, automation, and AI technologies across the organization. Your success will come from partnering with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions, supporting ongoing enhancements, and ensuring compliance with established development, governance, and security standards.

Your Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot Studio
Develop and maintain data models, semantic models, reports, dashboards, automations, and AI-enabled solutions following established standards and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities prior to production deployment
Support deployment, release management, and transition activities for Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot Studio solutions
Monitor, support, and enhance existing analytics and AI solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and ongoing business value
Ensure solutions comply with established security, governance, compliance, access control, and data protection requirements
Partner with IT teams, business users, Microsoft support, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues, implement enhancements, and support operational activities
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guidance materials, support procedures, and contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Skills:
Expertise developing solutions using Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, reporting, and performance optimization
Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric technologies including Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, Notebooks, Warehouses, or comparable Azure analytics services
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations
Solid understanding of data governance, security, privacy principles, data integration concepts, APIs, and enterprise application environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build trusted relationships across technical and business teams
Customer-focused, adaptable, and committed to quality, continuous improvement, inclusion, learning, and delivering reliable solutions in evolving environments
Your Experience:
3-7 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data platforms, application development, or related technology roles
Experience developing, deploying, supporting, and enhancing production analytics, automation, and Power Platform solutions within an enterprise environment
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
The expected salary range for this position is $78,048 - $105,365 Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
