The Opportunity
CACI has an excellent opportunity for a Power Platform Developer supporting the Enterprise Level Information Technology Expertise (ELITE) contract at the United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM). Located in Stuttgart, Germany, this position is required to travel OCONUS.

We are looking for an experienced, innovative and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support the enablement of USAFRICOM’s mission objectives.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
USAFRICOM’s J6 Collaboration team seeks to develop enterprise solutions using agile methodology using the entire suite of the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will:
Create enterprise & niche applications using the complete suite of the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.
Work with end-users to gather requirements, propose solutions and execute ad-hoc requests.
Demonstrate proper data modelling best practices. Ability to execute data model using the Dataverse relational database.
Experience developing Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse and integrating Canvas app or Custom Pages with Dataverse.
Communicate clearly and succinctly, both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner to senior leadership.
Work in a fast-paced environment that requires team collaboration and coordination of efforts.
Create Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data gathered from Power Apps and other systems of record and highlight key insights to stakeholders.
Install, configure, and manage 3rd party solutions installed within Power Apps environments
Knowledge of APIs and REST endpoints for integration into various systems.
Experience with JavaScript and modern client-side development.
Practical knowledge of software development application lifecycle management (ALM).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
Currently hold a current adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI (No Waiver).
BA/BS + 3 years recent specialized experience
Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas, Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Dataverse) & SharePoint.
Demonstrated understanding of software development using Agile methodology
Ability to document system processes and architecture
Experience with relational databases
Prior experience in a software development team or as a technical lead
Security+ and Microsoft Power Platform Certification(s) (PL-200, PL-400 or higher)
TESA Eligibility
Desired:
Experience creating and maintaining enterprise-level Power Apps
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within the Power Platform and deployment pipelines
Experience managing several Power Apps environments and knowledge of features within the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) or experience being a Power Platform administrator
Experience with Copilot Studio
Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
Documentation experience using Microsoft Visio or XrmToolBox tools
Extensive knowledge with DoD J6 systems & common suite of tools within.
Experience with DoD IT security requirements

Pay Range

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,700 - 173,900 USD
