Hybrid WorkingAbout the Role:
This is a Hyderabad‑based role within Lloyds Technology Centre (LTC). The Power Platform Developer will work as part of an India‑based team while supporting the delivery of solutions for UK Consumer Lending teams.
Key structural points:
• You will be line‑managed entirely from India.
• Your day‑to‑day tasks and priorities may be set by colleagues in the UK.
• You remain part of the LTC organisational structure, not part of a UK team.

About the team:
Join our dynamic Consumer Lending Automation Team, where we build unattended robotic processes for Consumer Lending COO and develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, AI, Chatbots, and more. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power BI. This involves creating custom applications, automation workflows, AI‑enabled processes, reports, dashboards, and digital enhancements while working as part of an India‑based team supporting UK Consumer Lending colleagues.

Your essential skills:

  • In depth Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder)
  • An understanding of automation and what can be achieved with the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder.
  • Experience of process re design - can create clear and concise Process Maps and User Guides
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and tools.

Your desirable skills:

  • Any qualification in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of coding languages (JavaScript, VBA, SQL, C#, or Python) preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of UI design standards and using tools such as Figma

Key responsibilities:

  • Crafting and developing custom applications, workflows, and automation processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to collect requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Power Platform.
  • Build visually engaging and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide valuable insights to partners.
  • Develop autonomous Agents using Copilot Studio.
  • Integrate Artificial Intelligence into solutions using AI Builder to enhance digitisation.
  • Fix and resolve technical issues within the relevant applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Power Platform and find opportunities to demonstrate them for process improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and share expertise to ensure high-quality tasks.
  • Continuously learn and explore coding languages (such as DAX, Html, Microsoft Power Fx, etc…) that can improve your understanding of the Power Platform environment.
