Job Description

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

To design, build, and support business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, primarily Power Apps and Power Automate, enabling scalable, secure, and efficient digital processes across the organisation. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, D365 Finance & Operations teams, and the wider technology function to deliver low‑code solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.

You'll be;

  • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven) aligned to business requirements and UX best practices.

  • Building and supporting Power Automate flows to automate workflows, integrate systems, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other enterprise systems via Dataverse, APIs, and connectors.

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust low‑code solutions.

  • Appling governance, cost, security, and environment management best practices across Power Platform environments.

  • Supporting deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions in production. • Produce and maintain solution documentation, including designs, data models, and operational runbooks.

  • Working closely with D365 F&O, Data Engineering, and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards.

  • Contributing to the Power Platform roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation.

  • Supporting continuous improvement through refactoring, performance optimisation, and adoption of new Power Platform features.

You'll have;

  • Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, data modelling, and Power Platform security concepts.

  • Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems using APIs and connectors.

  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, environments, and release management.

  • Ability to work closely with non‑technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proactive and delivery‑focused, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

  • Pragmatic approach to low‑code development with an eye on scalability and maintainability.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

  • Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL).

  • Experience with Power BI and broader Power Platform governance patterns.

  • Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 certifications.
