Within Robeco you will work as aPowerPlatform&AIEngineerwithin the Infrastructure, Corporate and Cloud Services Department. Robeco relies heavily on a high-quality IT infrastructure. In the highly regulated financial services industry, the requirements for reliable, performant and secure IT infrastructure are high.

You will be part of the Workplace & Productivity Solutions(WPS)teamand closely support the AI Hub Team. Workplace & Productivity Solutions adopts an Agile DevOps Way of Working where following principles define our service:

By implementing, improving and maintaining functionalities and features on the WPS portfolio, the team is continuously optimizing processes for our stakeholders.

Position & Requirements

Your roles and responsibilities comprise, amongst others:

• Collaborate with product owners, business owners, stakeholders and teams to understand and identify requirements for existing and new applications. Additionally, provide technical guidance and advice on solution selection and implementation.

• Design, implement, test and deploy solutions that align with industry/company best practices and ensure the reliability, scalability and security of our systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for productivity and automation solutions.Guide changes, provide training to other team members and stakeholders together with the team.
• Work closely with other DevOps Engineers, architects, developers, infrastructure & IT Delivery teams to integrate productivity and automation tools and practices into our development and deployment pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in productivity and automation and make recommendations on their adoption.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring uptime and availability.

Generic requirements:

• Profile HBO and/or WO

• 5years working experience with Power Platform as adeveloper

• Proficient in the Dutch as well as English language (written and spoken)

• Fulltime position (32-40 hours per week)

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including practical experience in implementing these frameworks in IT projects

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages:Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.

• Cloud Services: Knowledge of cloud platformAzure, especially Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

• DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesto support agile development and deployment

• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Skills in using monitoring Dynatrace & Azure Monitor to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Security: Understanding of security best practices and tools to ensure the integrity and safety of automation solutions

• Artificial Intelligence:Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with practical experience in implementing AI solutions. Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry is a plus.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
