As a Parts and Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of parts and service operations. Responsibilities:

Must have a experience in Generator Parts and Service to be considered for this position.

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure availability for service orders and deliver to site.
• Process customer orders and provide accurate price estimates.
• Assist in generating sales by promoting services and parts to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide timely and efficient support.
• Collaborate with service technicians and parts personnel to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in using web-based programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient coordination of operations.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
