Power & HVAC Service Technician
Our leading Heavy Equipment rental provider client in Beltsville, MD is hiring - Pay up to $47/hr

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be performing maintenance and repairs on diesel powered equipment, HVAC units, and dehumidification and air purification systems. The work spans both shop and occasional field settings, and you'll have room to build your technical range every day. Specific responsibilities include:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of equipment types
• Servicing HVAC equipment and dehumidification and air purification units
• Completing accurate service documentation on a consistent basis
• Representing the company professionally during occasional customer site visits
• Supporting equipment demonstrations for customers as needed
• Assisting with equipment and parts pickup and delivery

What the Right Candidate Brings

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience repairing or maintaining diesel engines or HVAC equipment
• Intermediate diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and pneumatic systems
• Basic ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
• Your own tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly
