任职要求：

1.理工科相关专业硕士（2027年7月前毕业），包括：

• 熟悉设计各种电力变换器拓扑（Buck, Boost, Flyback, Full-bridge, LLC 等）
• 熟悉 AC/DC 整流、DC/DC 变换、DC/AC 逆变、AC/AC 变换
• 能进行效率优化、环路稳定性分析、热设计
• 熟悉 SiC MOSFET、GaN HEMT 的特性与应用场景
• 熟悉 MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, PLECS
