
Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO&I, the Datacenter Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls and Construction (EPC) team is responsible for delivering the core infrastructure that powers Microsoft's cloud services. The EPC portfolio consists of large-scale, multi-disciplinary, complex datacentre projects delivered across multiple regions and countries.

We are seeking a highly experienced Power Delivery Director to lead a team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of utility power infrastructure supporting Microsoft's datacentre portfolio. This leader will oversee Energy Project Leads (EPLs) who are accountable for delivering power capacity from initial utility engagement and connection agreements through design, permitting, procurement, construction, energisation, testing, and handover to Datacenter Operations.
The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, programme management, stakeholder management, utility engagement, and infrastructure delivery expertise to ensure the reliable and timely delivery of critical power infrastructure supporting Microsoft's growing cloud footprint.
