Job Description

YOUR TASKS:

As a member of the Converter Control Development Team, you will develop software functions for Nordex converters. The converter is one of the most relevant parts of Nordex wind turbines

  • Development of application software for wind turbine power converters in Matlab/Simulink for Multiprocessor Systems on Chip (MPSoC) based targets
  • Specification of application software in typical agile tools (Confluence, Jira or equivalents)
  • Definition and development of validation tests for power converter application software
  • Support power converter test bench validation
  • Collaborate closely with power converter hardware development team & internal departments

YOUR PROFILE:

  • M.Sc. Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
  • English fluent spoken and written
  • At least 3 years in the wind turbine and power converter sectors
  • Availability to travel
