Join us as the Unit Manager for our Power Consulting team in Germany and take a leading role in shaping the future of the energy sector. How You Will Make an Impact:
Drive the growth of the Power Consulting unit by expanding into new markets and developing innovative, value-driven solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, positioning the team as a trusted advisor.
Identify business opportunities and secure long-term partnerships by anticipating market trends and client needs.
Lead the development of consulting offerings, with a focus on digitalization and sustainability.
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing and diverse team, fostering an inclusive culture.
Ensure strong financial and operational performance by managing the unit’s P&L and driving efficiency.
Provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and long-term growth.
Your Background:
We are looking for a driven, dedicated and service-minded person who can work both independently and as well in a team
You have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and are open to global collaboration
You hold a university degree (Master of Science= within a relevant technical area along with competence in Engineering & Consulting Firms.
Significant Experience in Energy/Utility Sector: +10yrs
Proven experience in managing P&L: +3 yrs
Fluent in German & English
