How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Drive the growth of the Power Consulting unit by expanding into new markets and developing innovative, value-driven solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, positioning the team as a trusted advisor.

  • Identify business opportunities and secure long-term partnerships by anticipating market trends and client needs.

  • Lead the development of consulting offerings, with a focus on digitalization and sustainability.

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing and diverse team, fostering an inclusive culture.

  • Ensure strong financial and operational performance by managing the unit’s P&L and driving efficiency.

  • Provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and long-term growth.

Your Background:

  • We are looking for a driven, dedicated and service-minded person who can work both independently and as well in a team

  • You have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and are open to global collaboration

  • You hold a university degree (Master of Science= within a relevant technical area along with competence in Engineering & Consulting Firms.

  • Significant Experience in Energy/Utility Sector: +10yrs

  • Proven experience in managing P&L: +3 yrs

  • Fluent in German & English
