As a Power BI Technical Leadyou will oversee the successful design, standardization, and deployment of enterprise Power BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the APX Supply Chain. You will lead the development of scalable data models, reporting standards, training and analytics frameworks while partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, and partners.
You will report to the Business Systems and Tools Manager, APx and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. Work from home 3 days a week. Relocation assistance is not available for the position.
Lead the development of standardized Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports to support enterprise analytics and performance management.
Develop data models that integrate information from multiple source systems, including ERP, engineering, project controls, cost, and scheduling tools.
Partner with engineering, supply chain, finance, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into analytics solutions and applicable insights.
Be a technical authority for Power BI architecture, performance optimization, security model design, and workspace governance.
Oversee data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, traceability, and confidence in reported metrics.
Lead use cases, including trend analysis, forecasting support, scenario analysis, and operational performance tracking.
Ensure Power BI solutions comply with internal data governance, cybersecurity, and information management policies.
Lead training of part-time Power BI report developers.
Provide regular updates to partners, including senior leadership, on analytics delivery status, risks, and opportunities.
Be the primary contact for schedule responsibility for the APX Supply Chain.
Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other relevant discipline.
5+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), and report performance optimization.
Experience with relational data structures, data integration concepts, and analytics lifecycle management.
Experience working with complex datasets.
Experience supporting or presenting analytics to executive-level partners.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
