Work Setup Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

Shift Schedule Midshift

Location Taguig City

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Power BI and analytics solutions
  
• Lead, collaborate, and manage team activities to ensure high performance and delivery
  
• Take ownership of team decisions and provide strategic direction
  
• Engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions
  
• Develop solutions for complex problems impacting the immediate team and other teams
  
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities
  
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues
  
• Document processes, workflows, and solutions to build and maintain a knowledge base

What We're Looking For:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Power BI
• Must have experience as a Power BI Administrator and Power Apps Administrator
• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulatio
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
