Job Description

We are looking for talented Power BI Engineers to develop advanced analytics and reporting solutions for our telecom and fintech operations. You will create compelling visualizations and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making around network performance, customer behavior, financial metrics, and business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards for telecom operations (network KPIs, subscriber analytics, service quality metrics)
• Build financial reporting solutions (revenue analysis, transaction monitoring, agent performance, payment trends)
• Create optimized data models using Power BI Desktop for telecom and financial datasets
• Write complex DAX calculations for telecom metrics (ARPU, churn rate, NPS) and financial KPIs (transaction volume, fraud rates, portfolio performance)
• Implement row-level security for sensitive customer and financial data
• Connect Power BI to telecom systems (billing, CRM, network management) and fintech platforms
• Optimize report performance for large-scale data queries
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into visual analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
• Expert-level knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query
• Strong proficiency in DAX and M language
• Experience with data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards for telecom or fintech industries
• Understanding of telecom KPIs and financial metrics
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and integration with Power BI
• Knowledge of Power BI REST APIs and automation
