What you'll do...
Build advanced Power BI solutions that move beyond static dashboards and deliver actionable operational and business insights
Design and maintain scalable semantic models using star and snowflake schema methodologies optimized for performance and usability
Develop complex DAX measures, reusable datasets, and Power Query transformations that support enterprise reporting needs
Manage Power BI Service environments, including workspaces, row-level security, deployment pipelines, and governance standards
Configure and maintain on-premises data gateways to support secure and reliable connectivity between cloud reporting environments and internal systems
Partner with business teams to translate reporting needs into scalable data tools that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency
Support modernization efforts across reporting, analytics, automation, and Microsoft data platform initiatives
What we're looking for...
Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI, including Power Query/M, DAX, semantic modeling, workspace management, deployment pipelines, row-level security, and Power BI Service administration
Deep understanding of Power BI data modeling concepts, including schema (star, snowflake), relationship management, and performance optimization
Experience building reporting environments that prioritize usability, scalability, governance, and business adoption rather than just dashboard creation
Proven experience working with SQL Server environments across both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based analytics ecosystems
Exposure to Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Dynamics 365 environments is highly valued
Strong problem-solving ability with the communication skills to work effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders
