Job Description
We are looking for a Power BI Developer capable of designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports end to end. The role will work closely with business, data, and analytics teams to transform raw data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Power BI, a good understanding of automation workflows, and familiarity with cloud data platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
What you’ll do
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports end to end
Build and maintain data models and calculations using DAX
Connect Power BI to multiple data sources including cloud platforms and databases
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability of dashboards
Automate workflows and reporting processes where relevant
Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
Maintain documentation and follow BI development best practicesWhat we’re looking for
Power BI
- Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Advanced knowledge of DAX
- Experience with Power Query (M language)
- Data modeling (relationships, star schema, performance optimization)
Data & Integration
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience connecting Power BI to various data sources
- Experience with Power Automate to support workflow automation
Cloud & Data Platforms
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with BigQuery is a strong plus
- Ability to work with cloud data warehouses
Experience & Qualifications :
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization
Proven experience delivering Power BI dashboards and reports end to end
Experience working with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into analytics solutions
Experience with data pipelines or ETL processes
Experience working in enterprise BI environments
Understanding of data governance and security
Advanced English proficiency (required)Profile & Key Competencies :
Ability to own the full lifecycle of dashboard creation
Comfortable working in a growing BI team environment
Strong technical and communication skills
