Experience: 6 - 9 Years

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in Snowflake to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports, leveraging Snowflake as the data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Connect and integrate data from Snowflake and other data sources
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Build and optimize data models in Power BI (star schema, relationships, DAX calculations)
• Develop reusable datasets and semantic models
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance practices
• Schedule data refreshes and manage Power BI Service deployments
• Monitor and troubleshoot report performance issues

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Solid experience working with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse
• Proficiency in SQL
• Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Experience with data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schema)
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with performance tuning in Power BI and Snowflake

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure SQL, Synapse)
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (optional)
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
