Job Description


  • Assessing complex data sources and quickly turning these into business insights and reports

  • End to End implementation of Power BI Apps/Reports, Data sets and Dashboards including requirement gathering to development and access management.

  • Quick prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis for analytics and visualization use cases.

  • Creation of standard themes and templates for PBI libraries.

  • Supporting Power BI server management requests.

  • Enhance existing reporting artifacts and applying development and governance best practices.

  • Closely interact with Business, Functional and Technical stakeholders for requirement analysis, testing and delivery of the identified requirements.


Requirements


  • Expertise in Power BI including Design / Development / administration of apps/reports, data sets and dashboards.

  • Able to implement row level security on data and understand application security layer models in
    Power BI
    .

  • Azure Data platform and Databricks knowledge will be advantageous.

  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Power BI project-based development.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.

  • Ability to work autonomously and with a diverse team.

  • Knowledge of Tableau / Alteryx will be advantageous.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of PowerBI Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Knowledge/Experience with Azure Cloud stack, Tableau / Alteryx
