Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports. This role is essential for transforming raw data into meaningful insights and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and ensure that Power BI solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Dashboard Development:

  • 
    Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into business performance.
  • 
    Ensure that all reports are user-friendly, visually appealing, and effectively communicate key metrics.

• 
  Data Analysis:

  • 
    Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • 
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power BI solutions.

  Collaboration and Support:

  • 
    Work closely with business users, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • 
    Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize Power BI effectively.

  Performance Optimization:

  • 
    Continuously monitor and optimize Power BI performance, ensuring efficient data refreshes and report loading times.
  • 
    Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.

  Documentation and Best Practices:

  • 
    Maintain documentation related to Power BI solutions, including data sources, model structures, and report specifications.
  • 
    Promote best practices in Power BI report development and data visualization across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Proven experience in developing and deploying Power BI reports and dashboards.
• 
  Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• 
  Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data transformation.
• 
  Experience with SQL and other data retrieval tools to extract and manipulate data.
