Since 1979, we’ve created gear and apparel for people who live life without limits, delivering gear and apparel that empower them to push boundaries every day.

We’re looking for an experienced Power Automate Engineer to lead and enhance automation across our enterprise systems, retail operations, and global ecommerce platforms.

In this role, you'll own and expand our automated regression testing suite, ensuring critical business systems remain reliable through software updates and new releases. You'll also manage existing business process automations, develop new solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and system performance.

What You'll Do:

Automation & Regression Testing

  • Own, maintain, and enhance automated regression testing using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Execute regression testing for major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Commerce releases, providing results and recommendations to support release decisions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve automation failures while improving test reliability and execution efficiency.
  • Expand automated testing across enterprise operations, retail point-of-sale systems, ecommerce integrations, and Adobe Commerce storefronts.
  • Partner with development teams and product owners to translate business requirements into automated test cases.
  • Manage test environments, data, and scheduled automation runs to ensure consistent performance.

Power Automate Development & Support

  • Manage and support existing Power Automate workflows and production automations across the organization.
  • Design, build, and implement new automations to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the organization's Power Automate subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and establishing best practices.
  • Administer Power Platform environments, connections, service accounts, licensing, and deployment processes.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, testing procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Monitor automation performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report results to IT leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with ecommerce, IT, product owners, internal developers, and external technology partners.
  • Support system enhancements and software releases through effective testing and issue resolution.
  • Communicate testing results, technical challenges, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or automation engineering, including 3+ years managing automated regression testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud flows, desktop flows, UI automation, error handling, and unattended execution.
  • Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Commerce POS, including major system upgrades.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting production business process automations.
  • Strong understanding of automated test design, regression testing strategies, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including work items, test plans, and pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, application logs, browser developer tools, and SQL for troubleshooting and validation.

Pay Range: $100,000-$115,000 plus bonus
