Role
Overview


The Technical
Lead will act as the primary authority for all technical and
development-related decisions within the project. This role is responsible for
driving the overall technical strategy, ensuring adherence to architectural
standards, maintaining high code quality, and coordinating development
activities across the technical team. The role involves overseeing solution
design, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring consistent implementation of best
practices and governance standards.


Key
Responsibilities

Lead
the technical design, development, and deployment of applications and
enhancements


·

Collaborate
with developers and QA teams to ensure quality and timely delivery


·

Engage
with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into
scalable solutions


·

Ensure
alignment with architectural standards, coding best practices, and governance
requirements


·

Provide
regular status updates, highlight risks and dependencies, and report progress
during weekly project meetings


Technical
Expertise:


SharePoint
Online


·

Strong
experience in SharePoint Online for content management, collaboration, and
workflow automation


·

Ability
to develop and manage sites, document libraries, lists, and workflows


Microsoft
Power Platform


·

Hands-on
expertise in
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages


·

Experience
in building low-code applications, automating workflows, and enabling digital
transformation


·

Ability
to design scalable and enterprise-grade solutions


Key Requirements


·

Japanese language proficiency (minimum N3 level) and strong English
communication skills (mandatory)


·

Experience
working with Japanese stakeholders and handling bilingual communication


·

Proven
experience in
Power Platform and SharePoint Online application development
and support


·

Strong
leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities


Preferred
Skills


·

Experience
working in global delivery or Japan-facing projects


·

Exposure
to Agile/Scrum methodologies
