Job Title: Powder Sprayer Operation Team Leader

Location: Kenya

Education: College Diploma or above

Job Responsibilities

Under the guidance and overall coordination of the Workshop Director, you will be responsible for:

1. Production & Personnel Management: Oversee daily operations and personnel scheduling within the designated powder spraying area to ensure production tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently.
2. Efficiency & Lean Manufacturing: Manage production energy consumption, actively minimize the "eight wastes," and optimize unit energy output.
3. Safety, Training & Compliance: Conduct skills training for team members, cultivate safety and quality awareness, and strictly supervise compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with related department heads to prevent and resolve workflow bottlenecks.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Background: College diploma or above (Kenyan qualification).
2. Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the detergent powder manufacturing industry (candidates with an outstanding track record in chemical product manufacturing may also be considered).
3. Technical Knowledge: A clear understanding of DCS control room authority management and a basic knowledge of mechanical equipment.
4. Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of 5S management principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and the ability to guide staff in conducting regular CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening) inspections to ensure stable equipment operation.
