Powder Production Supervisor

As a Powder Production Supervisor you will supervise employees using machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.

The role is based in Gebze, Turkey in an onsite capacity.

Where you will make a difference

• Manage the daily work allocation, coordination, and supervision of production personnel.
• Supervise employees using machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
• Act in compliance with Food Safety (FS) Management System requirements,
• Fulfill the responsibilities defined for FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

What makes you the right fit

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university in Food Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in team management and proven experience in production management
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene
• Good command of English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage stress effectively
