2nd Shift Batch Painter (Powder Coat)
Primary Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am
Training Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $19.50/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

**Must be able to train on day shift

Job Purpose
Support the Paint Line Team by applying quality powder coating and batch painting while assisting with material handling, job kitting, and production support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate paint line and spray equipment.
• Set paint pressure and monitor coating quality.
• Hang, inspect, and touch up parts.
• Mix paint and maintain paint equipment.
• Apply coatings to tanks and other manufactured products.
• Support material handling, staging, and job kitting activities.
• Deliver materials to production areas and assist with workflow needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Manufacturing, painting, or powder coating experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn multiple functions.
Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move materials throughout the facility.
Additional Information
• No travel required.
• No direct reports.
• Duties may change based on production needs.
