About the location:

About the role

Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment, and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements.

What you will do

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

What you bring

Applicants must be comfortable around industrial-size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation. The Steward position is physical by nature and requires the applicant to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Repetitive motion and movements are essential functions of this position. The ability to safely utilize the proper cleaning and polishing solutions is also required. The Steward is in direct contact with the entire Stewarding and kitchen team, and strong communication skills are essential. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
