Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

The Postpaid Account Manager (MEP) is responsible for managing and developing Maxis Exclusive Partners (MEP) within the assigned territory to drive Mobile, Fibre and Home Connectivity growth. The role acts as the key liaison between Maxis and its partners, ensuring business performance, dealer development, customer acquisition, revenue growth and operational excellence while supporting sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of Mobile, Broadband, Fibre and Home Connectivity sales targets across assigned Maxis Exclusive Partners (MEP).
• Develop and execute territory growth plans to improve acquisition, revenue, market penetration and partner productivity.
• Lead regular business reviews with MEP owners and key partner personnel to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with partners and provide business consultation to improve overall commercial outcomes.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, upselling, cross-selling and convergence initiatives.
• Drive dealer capability development through coaching, guidance and performance management.
• Identify new business opportunities, touchpoint expansion opportunities and market growth areas.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, branding standards and operational procedures.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business priorities, strategic initiatives and customer experience improvements.
