Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de rayon Jardinerie passionné(e) par l’univers du végétal et du jardin. Vous aurez la responsabilité d’animer et de développer votre rayon pour garantir une expérience client optimale et une offre attractive, en accord avec la saisonnalité et les besoins du magasin.
🎯 Vos missions
Gérer et organiser l’ensemble du rayon Jardinerie (végétaux, terreaux, outils, déco extérieure…)
Assurer la mise en rayon, le réassort et le bon entretien des végétaux
Suivre les commandes, les stocks et mettre en place les implantations saisonnières
Valoriser les promotions et les opérations commerciales
Maintenir un rayon propre, accueillant et conforme aux standards du magasin
Conseiller les clients sur les produits, l’entretien des plantes, les outils adaptés, etc.
Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs du secteur (si applicable)
Analyser les performances du rayon et proposer des axes de développement
🧩 Votre profil
Expérience en jardinerie, pépinière ou grande distribution sur un poste similaire
Connaissances solides en horticulture et/ou bricolage/jardin
Sens du commerce et du service client
Organisation, autonomie et rigueur
Goût pour le travail en extérieur et selon la saisonnalité
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les priorités
