
This position will be working with existing research staff and graduate students to research, develop, implement, and test novel microwave antenna designs for applied electromagnetics applications.

Applicant will be required to perform basic electrical laboratory work including lifting heavy objects (<50 lbs) and performing electrical fabrication using electrical soldering iron, hot air tools, and solvents such as isopropyl alcohol for surface cleaning.

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering has strong interdisciplinary research and educational programs on a foundation of core electrical and computer engineering disciplines and provides first-class education while engaging in research at the frontiers of knowledge. The Department has accredited B.S. degree programs in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. The current enrollment is approximately 200 full-time graduate students and over 900 undergraduate students.
