Postdoctoral positions are available in the Stelzer Lab in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. We are looking for recent PhD graduates or soon to be PhD graduates who are interested in working on developing small molecule and gene therapy approaches for treating genetic and acquired heart failure. The lab uses mouse models of heart failure, in vivo assessment of cardiac function, cellular measurements of cardiac muscle and metabolic function to develop new therapies. These opportunities are ideal for candidates interested in a career in academia or industry. The positions are available immediately; however, the start date is flexible
